COURSE CONTENT
This course is suitable for staff who manage teams and/or projects, and are accountable for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of the delivery of the organisation's strategy.
You will be accountable to a more senior manager or business owner and work in a private, public or third sector organisation.
Learners must-
Manage a team/ deliver against an operational plan/ manage a budget
Manage projects/ problem solve and make decisions
This course is subject to a minimum cohort of seven learners
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
