AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting

Modules include:

• Advanced Bookkeeping
• Final Accounts Preparation
• Management Accounting : Costing
• Indirect Tax
• Ethics for Accounting
• Spreadsheets for Accounting Software

Various dates available. Students will study 3 days per week, between 9am – 4pm.

You must have Level 2 English and maths, and have completed Level 2 AAT or similar qualification. Certificates will need to be produced at enrolment.

Due to the high demands of the course and as there is a requirement to have some existing accounting knowledge to be accepted on this level, all new applicants are required to attend an informal interview and skills assessment prior to being accepted on the course.

You will be assessed through 5 computer based assessments.

You can progress onto the Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting.

While work placement is not a mandatory requirement for the course it is advisable that all AAT students seek to carry out some form of appropriate work experience to enhance their employment prospects in the world of accounting and finance.
