Matthew is highly experienced in talent management and workforce development, and has operated across multiple sectors for over 20 years.
He is responsible for leading the College group’s employer engagement strategy, finding innovative solutions to employer talent and recruitment problems.
Matthew works with commercial and curriculum teams to communicate, consult and engage with employers in order to improve the productivity of their business.
Matthew is passionate about developing strong and effective relationships, together with developing wider networks and creating more better opportunities for learners.
