Smart Assessor is an e-portfolio platform used for apprenticeships, traineeships, and other training programs to manage and track a learner’s progress and evidence against standards.

It replaces traditional paper portfolios, allowing apprentices, employers, and assessors to upload and review digital evidence such as photos and videos, log off-the-job training, and monitor completion of qualifications in a centralized, compliant, and paper-free environment.
