“I was already working in a kitchen part time so progressing to an apprenticeship seemed like the natural next step for me. I love that I am getting a lot of experience in the workplace but am also attending college one day a week to really focus on new skills and best practice.
“My goal is to be a chef in a Michelin Star restaurant or even own my own restaurant!”
