Key responsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial/budget and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.
Roles may include: Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager and specialist managers.
