I have worked within recruitment since 2015 and have been responsible for placing apprenticeships across the region within a range of sectors. During my time at Northern Skills, I have progressed from Coordinator, to Consultant to Team Leader and now Recruitment Manager which I am extremely proud off.
My main focus is to support the team in ensuring we are providing the right support to our employers in securing apprentices and ensuring candidates feel prepared to enter the work place within an apprenticeship.
