Software Development Technician Apprenticeship – Level 3

4 days per week with your employer, 1 day per week at College

Employment in a Junior Software Development job role is essential. If required, Northern Skills will work with applicants to help find a suitable employer where possible but we advise anyone looking to undertake an apprenticeship to actively seek employment for themselves. Applicants are required to have gained GCSE grades of C or above (Grade 4-9) in English and maths. Certificates will need to be produced at enrolment.

Assessment of Portfolio Building throughout the apprenticeship.

End Point Assessment consists of:

• Project report with questioning
• Professional discussion underpinned by portfolio

On completion of the Software Development Technician apprenticeship at Level 3, there is a progression route to Software Developer Level 4. Full time employment in a Software Development role.</P?
