“I originally studied A Levels at another college but soon decided I wanted to go down a more practical route and apply for an apprenticeship.
“My apprenticeship with Labman Automation is interesting and the career I want to be in. I support with fixing any bugs on the intranet as part of my role, I love problem solving and working with a team and this has enhanced those skills.
“I feel like I can get the best hands-on experience through my apprenticeship and am getting the skills employers need, giving me the competitive edge.”
