Award in Leadership and Management - Level 3

This is a short introduction to management for practising team leaders and those who have had some experience of planning and allocating work within the team.

Units covered will be:

Understand how to establish and effective team
Understand performance management
Understand how to lead effective meetings

Various dates throughout the year, 3 days or equivalent.

You must have GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), and complete a and initial assessment at Level 2.
