Lou Tonner, Managing Director at Wander Films, speaks about her experience working with Middlesbrough College and Northern Skills Group to take on apprentices and develop their workforce with young people from the Teesside area.
“Northern Skills Group have been an incredible support to Wander Films for the past 3 years. Whenever we are looking to hire an apprentice, the team take all the pressure off us by advertising the post, checking eligibility of candidates, shortlisting them ready for us to interview, organising the time and place of the interview, answering any questions on our behalf and so much more. Meaning we just interview and select the person we want to hire. Proper easy!
